Newsletter consent is separate and may be withdrawn at any time without affecting purchases. We do not use automated decisions with legal effects or advertising profiling. Necessary order/withdrawal details allow us to handle your request; marketing data is optional.
Customer profiles store email, first and last name, full address and tax identifier, plus billing details, legal name, SDI and PEC when an invoice is requested. These support the account, delivery and contractual and tax duties; registration does not subscribe you to marketing. Access requires identity verification; single-use links expire in 15 minutes and sessions last up to 24 hours. You may request correction or deletion, subject to tax retention duties.
Data may be processed by hosting/storage providers, the email service and, when enabled, Stripe for payments and carriers for delivery, for the necessary functions only. We do not sell data. Contact the controller for information about recipients and applicable safeguards for transfers outside the EEA. The shop does not store full card numbers.
We retain data as needed for its purpose and applicable duties: tax documents subject to ten-year retention for ten years; order, return and dispute records for applicable legal periods. Newsletter consent continues until withdrawal; strictly necessary evidence may be retained to protect rights. The shop enables no analytics or advertising trackers. Local storage holds your selection (bomboniere-lista-v3), cookie notice (bft-cookie-info-v1), newsletter dismissal (bft-news-dismissed) and code (bft-welcome-offer). Local data stays until cleared in your browser, but the code expires after 48 hours and clearing storage does not renew it. Session storage bft-order-token supports the order summary. The essential bft_session cookie lasts 24 hours for your account, with HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite protection. Access-infrastructure cookies are managed by the platform provider.
